This apartment lies right in the center of Barcelona. At just a few minutes walking distance are the Ramblas, the Museu d'Art Contemporani, the Gran Teatre del Liceu (de Opera), the famous market Mercat de la Boqueria, Plaça Real and countless other interesting monuments and activities. The beach can be reached by bus 59 (at the Ramblas) in less than 15 minutes. The renovation of the apartment and stairwell were recently completed. The apartment has been finished in a modern style with parquet and is equiped with AC/heating and color TV. The apartment is very nice for 2 persons, but there is also room for 4 persons. The floor area of the apartment is 40m2, and it is on the 3rd floor (no lift, but very easy stairs). The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa-bed (for 2 persons), an open, fully equiped kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave and fridge), a double bedroom and a nice small bathroom with shower. In addition, there is also a single folding bed wich can be placed in the bedroom or living room.
