The booking procedure in general:
1. Choosing an apartment and booking period
First it is important that you choose an apartment. You can use the information from this site, or contact us by e-mail or telephone
(+34 - 696 508 939). We can help you to choose the apartment that suits your wishes best. Naturally, the availability of the apartments for the booking period has to be taken into account.
2. Drawing up the contract
When you have made your choice regarding the apartment and booking period, we will draw up a contract. The contract describes in detail which apartment is hired in which period and for what price. If you agree with the contract then you can send us a signed copy of the contract back to us.
3. Payment
Depending on the contract the payment will have to be made to the account number mentioned in the contract or in cash when arriving at the apartment.
4. Informing us of the expected arrival/departure times
As soon as you know your scheduled arrival and departure times at Barcelona airport you can inform us about them. This makes it possible for us to estimate the time of your arrival at the apartment. Our contact will welcome you at the apartment.
If you already know the arrival and departure times when you receive our contract then you can directly fill them in on the contract. In the contract some space has been allocated for this.
5. Informing us of the exact arrival time
Nowadays a substantial part of the flights within and to Europe is delayed. Therefore, if there will be a delay, we ask you to call us at +34 - 696 508 939, from the airport when the new schedule is set. We will then make sure that you will be welcomed at the apartment at the right time.
6. Arrival at the apartment
Our contact will welcome you at the apartment. There she will give you a short tour of the apartment and answer any questions if needed. Then she will receive the security money after which you will be handed the keys to the apartment.
Please make sure that you bring the security money in your own currency. Since the security money will be returned to you at your departure, you will save exchange costs (twice).
7. Departure
At the agreed time of departure our contact will inspect the apartment. If the apartment is in the same condition as it was at the time of your arrival you will be handed back the security money. Our contact will receive the keys.
