It is about 60 m2, and has two levels. The interior is trendy and comfortable, with lots of extra's, like a television, air-conditioning, microwave, etcetera. It has a sunny terrace with views. The location is just great, next to the beautiful Born area, the Port Vell, and also very near to the beach.
The apartment consists of two floors, one with a kitchen and a terrace, the other one is a loft with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional persons. There is a small wall separating these two sleeping places, the bathroom with shower and the toilet.
The apartment is on top of the building, on a 5th floor without lift.
Location: in Barceloneta, the old fishing town of Barcelona, less than a 5 minute walk from the centre of the city and the beaches.

Price per week for 3 - 4 persons:: Euro 700.
Towels and linen are included. There is a additional fee of Euro 30 for cleaning.
